Things I Worry About

I just wanted to get back to you all

and let you know Tess is just fine.

She has a huge shaved area and

stitches that look way worse and bigger

than the original cut, but you know how that goes.

My two biggest worries when taking her in last night were:

1. That she would bite someone.

2. That we would soon be know in vetville

as the "stinky family".  

You see, we had been spending some

quality time with our goats, 

who this time of year all reek of 

our stinky buck, Rodeo.  

We had changed into chore clothes

for this very reason, 

but when we were faced with an emergency

there was no changing clothes.

Well, my worry was wasted.

Tess had so much nervous gas,

I am sure it overpowered anything

we may have smelled like.

Now I am just hoping they knew it was Tess.
