The Day I Tried To Burn The House Down

We had an incident.

I'd rather not talk about it.

But the girls said I should take a photo of it

for the blog.

They also chose the post title,

and my dog refuses to come back in the kitchen.

That's all I'm saying.

Yikes, lady!! I can't figure out what that is!! I forgot I left the teapot on the other night when I went to say goodnight to the kids, and laid down and fell to sleep...good thing our dog howls when he hears loud-pitched noises. :S

Prolly won't make you feel any better, but we have all pulled something like that at one time or another. You'll look back and laugh.

Uh oh! Ugh, plastic does smell awful when it burns/melts. I don't blame your dog! Hopefully ALL your windows are open and a breeze is blowing. :-)

Glad you didn't really burn your house down.

OH NO!!! "Cough" "choke" Oh well...we've all done something similar either inside or on top of the stove. It will take a while for the smell to go but that's the worst of it...other than loosing your bowl. Hope it wasn't your favorite. We'll never speak of this again ;)
