Shortcuts

Yoga without meditation.

Diet without exercise.

Collecting books without reading.

Being home without being present.

Hope without prayer.

I will change the "without" to "and"
beginning today.

So great! I went to a leadership conference last fall for the hygiene association and my main take away was to change 'but' to 'and'...I catch myself daily!
