I am not bound for any public place, but for ground of my own where I have planted vines and orchard trees, and in the heat of the day climbed up into the healing shadow of the woods. Better than any argument is to rise at dawn and pick dew-wet red berries in a cup. ~Wendell Berry
Huh. Does it really work? Funny thing, I just read in the farm paper somebody gave this all natural way to get rid of fleas in the house: Buy a cake pan and fill it with oil (I think it was cooking oil) about 1/2 inch up or so. Put it on the floor and hang a light bulb hanging a little ways up over it. Shut out the lights and go to bed. It said the fleas are attracted to light and hop to it, then drown in the oil. I'd never heard of that.

ah. the good old-fashioned flea comb. at least your dogs and cats like it.
Such joy in that kitties face! So glad it's all working out.
I can almost hear the purrs:@)
It's like they're saying, "Ahhhh . . . "
Your dog and cat look so content. Does something in the comb kill the fleas? What keeps them from jumping right back on?
If I had fleas, I would prefer being flea-combed as well.... :)
Hi - We normally have a pan or cup of water nearby and drown the fleas and eggs in it. I should have said that in the post.
Glad the pets are enjoying the groom session!
Yep, old fashioned and natural, the best way to go!! The Dogs and cat definitely seem to be liking it, too.
I think they know.
So you comb them? They sure don't mind you doing that to them - they are all cute!
You are making me feel guilty for using Frontline. Well, not really. :)
